LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Lauderdale County deputies are asking for community help after a string of convenience store break-ins.

The latest happened early Thursday morning at the Oakland Café on Lauderdale County Road 15.

Investigators say the crooks made their way into the store through the ventilation ducks and used some sort of tool to break in to the ATM machine and found cash behind the counter.

It was an eerily similar scene at Haddock's Quit Stop just a few weeks ago.

Here's a look at surveillance photos from the scene there.

It's possible the crooks could be connected to two more break-ins in the area, but it has not yet been confirmed.

If you have any information on who may be responsible, call the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department.
