FIRST ALERT WEATHER: Temperatures warming into the upper 40s by the afternoon

(WAFF) -

Temperatures this morning are ranging from the mid-20s to lower 30s but it'll feel more like the low-to-mid 20s thanks to a southeast wind. We should see a fair amount of sunshine this morning, but clouds will be increasing throughout the day. Temperatures will push into the upper 40s, but winds around 10 mph will make it feel cooler.

Clouds continue increasing by the evening and it won’t be quite as chilly on Thursday morning as a result. Overnight lows should drop into the mid-30s, which is actually a couple degrees above average for this time of year.

Skies should be cloudy on Thursday with scattered showers moving in by the late afternoon or evening with highs making it into the lower 50s. A light to moderate rain continues overnight, but should wrap up Friday morning. Most of Friday afternoon is dry with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the mid-50s.
