(WAFF) - 2 arrested after urinating on veterans memorial

Florence police said two men have been charged after allegedly damaging and urinating on a memorial for veterans. According to police officials, the two men entered the park after hours the night of Oct. 24 and climbed on top of an F-4 Phantom fighter jet. Surveillance images show the two men attempting to enter the jet before urinating on one of the wings. 24-year-old Bradley Wayne Crosslin of Florence and 18-year-old Zachary Royce of Collinwood, TN were arrested last week and charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and desecration of a memorial.

Trump calls for ban on Muslims

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump says he wants to ban all Muslims from entering the United States. After last week's terrorist attack in San Bernardino, CA, Trump said, "We have to stop the Muslims until we find out what's going on. We have to stop people who want to kill us from coming in." Trump's fellow Republicans are quickly distancing themselves from his comments.

Foggy start to Tuesday

Tuesday morning will start out about 5-10° cooler than Monday. Skies will be mainly clear, but patchy fog could develop especially closer to rivers or lakes.  For those who don't see any fog, you may have some frost to scrape before you get going as temperatures are in the lower and mid-30s. Any fog should lift by around 9 a.m. and we'll warm up quickly for the late morning hours. Afternoon temperatures will be around 60° with highs in the low-to-mid 60s.
