The Limestone County Health Department handed the McDonald's in Ardmore, Alabama a health inspection score of 79. The inspector reports an open bag of raw chicken was sitting directly on a bag of raw hamburger patties. The inspector took the temperature of some shelled eggs and reports that the thermometer showed the eggs were 19 degrees above the maximum temperature allowed in order to keep bacteria at bay. The health inspection report also  shows an ice shoot was not clean, and that they were using damaged fryer baskets.
