Cloudy, rainy Tuesday

Skies will stay cloudy Tuesday as a cold front moves through the Valley. You can expect scattered rain showers throughout the day as a flood watch remains in effect for northeastern portions of the state until Wednesday morning. Widespread rain should taper off and skies will stay mostly cloudy tonight with lows in the upper 40s. The chance for an isolated shower is still possible through Wednesday morning.
