Here's what we have going on for the morning show on WAFF 48 News Today.

We've got a pretty messy day ahead with heavy rain still in the forecast. We're also monitoring any flooding concerns around the valley. Meteorologist David Ernst is back from his holiday break and still rocking the goatee. He'll have your weather on the 10s.

Politics is the theme for today with two presidential candidates hitting Alabama. GOP candidate Marco Rubio will be in Guntersville for a rally this morning and Democratic candidate Hilary Clinton is the keynote speaker for the 60th commemoration of the Montgomery Bus Boycott. If you want to catch them in person, we'll give you all the details at 5:00 a.m. & 6:00 a.m.

The search is on this morning for a Lauderdale county work release escapee.

After Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday comes.....Giving Tuesday. The day when many are turning their attention on those in need and giving to charities. But how do you know your donations are going to the right place? Jonathan Radford will break down the dos & don'ts to giving.
