One kid's dream of becoming a reporter already kind of came true thanks to "Humans of New York" and NASA.

"Humans of New York" was started by Brandon Stanton. He takes pictures of strangers on the streets of New York and tells their stories. He posts on Facebook, Instagram, and he released a book.

Stanton came across a little boy and his dad and the little boy said if he was a reporter, he would ask NASA a question.

“My dad goes all over the world and learns about the news. One time he met a king. I want to be a reporter too. If I was a reporter right now, I’d probably write a story about if NASA was going to launch a new rocket into space. I’d start by going to the Director of NASA. Then I’d ask him about his rockets. And if any of them were going to space.”

NASA replied to the comment and said they are going to launch a new rocket into space.

The young man seems to have a head start on his reporting career, getting some big answers to some pretty big questions.

The post got more than 320,000 likes and more than 6,000 shares. NASA's reply received more than 95,000 likes and almost 2,000 replies.

Thousands of people commented on the post about the little boy and his dad and encouraged his career in journalism and his curious mind.
