GOP debate recap

Tuesday night's GOP debate proved to be a success for many of the candidates. The debate staged was whittled down to just eight candidates and topics covered included military spending, immigration and taxes. The candidates as a whole were also pleased with the debate moderators, unlike at the previous debate.

Pleasant weather ahead of Thursday storms

Temperatures for today's parade will be pleasant, as highs top out into the lower 70s. It'll be a clear day with mostly sunny skies. A line of potentially strong storms will make its way through the Valley midnight but should exit the area by Thursday morning.
