First full day of freedom after mass release of federal prisoners

Plenty to get to this Monday morning. We're starting out on the soggy side so tune in for your weather on the 10s for when it will all let up.

No it's no rumor, thousands of federal prisoners gained their freedom over the weekend. The mass release actually happened in a couple phases but they've all gained their freedom.

Not pleased with last week's Republican debate hosted by CNBC, the candidates have some new demands that they want met before stepping onto another debate stage. Hear those for yourself at 5:00 & 6:00 a.m.

We're also on verdict watch in the SECOND trial of a Madison Police Officer charged with a civil violation stemming from a February take down of an unarmed man. Eric Parker's first trial ended with a hung jury so we'll let you know how this time pans out.

He wore many, lobbyist, radio show host, and politician. This morning, we're remembering the life of one of Sheffield's own.

See you starting at 4:30 a.m.
