(WAFF) - Some say two things always travel with a football team on the road. Defense, and a running game. Alabama checked those two boxes off Saturday afternoon, winning 41-23 over Texas A&M.
Alabama got two interceptions returned for TD's from true freshman Minkah Fitzpatrick and Eddie Jackson. Derrick Henry had a career game also, running for 236 yards and 2 scores.
Alabama forced four interceptions from Aggies quarterbacks Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray. The three Interceptions return for TD's were a program record for Alabama as well, as the Tide improve to 6-1, and 3-1 in SEC play.
Alabama will host Tennessee Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium Saturday.
