Tonight at 10: A second explosion at Ultra-Tec; shooter identified after Oregon shooting and a man posing as a contractor was anything but

For the second time this year, unplanned explosions at Ultra-Tec in Owens Crossing .... It happened around 3:30 this afternoon, no one was hurt, and there was minimal damage to one building. WAFF ‘s Jake Berent was live on the scene all afternoon . He joins us at 10 to look into what may have caused this last series of explosions tonight at 10.

10 people are dead and 20 injured after a shooting at a rural community college in Oregon. Tonight, authorities have released the identity of the shooter. We’ll have the latest on this horrific mass killing including what may have motivate the killer tonight at 10.

And a man posing as a licensed home builder and contractor is anything but. A local family reached out to us after learning the hard way that he wasn't licensed. They've been living in a construction zone for more than a year now .WAFF 48's Margo Gray investigates.

    Showers and storms will be ongoing across the Valley this evening.     The Guntersville Police Department have released news details on a double shooting late Friday afternoon that left one man dead.

    The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m., when police from multiple law enforcement agencies responded to a 911 call reporting two people had been shot on Edmonds Road.
