HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Cards tricks can be entertaining and mind-blowing.

But sometimes they can also be illegal.

Take the case of this week's Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers, where a burglar pulled off a fast one with an invisible credit card.

The thief police are looking for is seen on surveillance video checking out at the Essex Bargain Hunt on University Drive July 15.

But he doesn't swipe a card. Instead, he appears to be writing down the information.

Police say he used this unusual method to steal not one, but two 55" televisions, totaling more than $1,300.

We often tell you about thieves who steal credit cards. But in this case, the thief didn't steal a card, he stole the information off the card.

Police say this guy got his hands on the victim's credit card information after they had paid a bill at a local business.

The thief, wearing a camo t-shirt and sandals, appears to make two different trips to this store, stealing those two TV's.

Ironically, he might be seeing himself on one of those big screen TV's now.

Or maybe you know who he is.

If so, you could have up to $1,000 in reward money coming your way.
