AT 10: Cigarette tax increase approved

Alabama Lawmakers are making progress towards a budget.

Tonight, they gave final approval to a cigarette tax increase and the use tax transfer .Meaning  lawmakers can transfer money from the education budget. What is Governor Bentley say about their progress? Raycom Political reporter Michael Doudna  will have more on what happened and what's next.

A local man faces charges tonight accused of exposing himself in public. Decatur police arrested Kevin Brian Davis of Ardmore today. He's accused of exposing himself in the parking lot of Target on Point Mallard Parkway.

And we'll tell you why Governor Robert Bentley says he doubts media outlets will be successful opening up court records in his divorce proceedings. Bentley will not comment saying it's a private matter... But says he doubts the media will have standing in the case.
