Tonight at 10:30: Large police presence in Crossville, 1 dead after car wreck and the jury deadlocked in Eric Parker case

We are following breaking news.  There is a large police presence on the scene on HWY 227 near Crossville. We are working to conform just what is going on. We have a crew on the scene and will bring your more information tonight after the game.
 
One person is dead after a car crashed into a creek in Decatur this evening.  It happened at the Flint Creek on Highway .  Dive crews searched the water to see if there were more victims. We’ll have more on the tragic accident tonight at10:30.
 
The jury is deadlocked in the Eric Parker Case. Parker, a Madison Police officer, is accused of violating the civil rights of an Indian man when he responded to a call earlier this year . Will they be able to reach a verdict? What’s next in the case tonight after the game.

    Showers and storms will be ongoing across the Valley this evening. The most widespread rain will be over northeastern AL, but additional scattered storms will track into the Shoals from the west. That round of stormy weather will head east with time and should be out of the Valley after midnight. The threat for severe storms is low, but a few strong storms are possible.

    The Guntersville Police Department have released news details on a double shooting late Friday afternoon that left one man dead.

    The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m., when police from multiple law enforcement agencies responded to a 911 call reporting two people had been shot on Edmonds Road.
