Inmate escapes Bay Minette work release

BAY MINETTE, AL (WAFF) -

Officials with the Alabama Department of Corrections are looking for an inmate who walked off work release on Tuesday.

James Marshall Rigsby, 43, left his assigned job location in Bay Minette.

Rigsby was serving an 8 year, 2 month sentence out of Macon County for receiving stolen property.

He has two swastika tattoos and one of the Tasmanian Devil, brown hair and blue eyes and stands approximately 6'2" tall.
