(WAFF) - Friday morning is starting with patchy fog, but skies are mainly clear otherwise. Temperatures will warm quickly reaching the upper-80s to near 90° by noon. Isolated storms will develop with the afternoon heat, but that activity won't be too widespread. Skies will be clearing this evening as any rain fades away after sunset.
A weak cold front moves into the Valley from the east Saturday afternoon. Ahead of it, skies will be mostly sunny and you can expect another hot day with highs into the 90s. Scattered showers and storms will pop up along the front during the afternoon, staying mainly east of I-65. If you'll be outside, you may have to move things indoors temporarily to wait out a storm.
