(WAFF) - One of five Alabama Crimson Tide quarterbacks will run out with the first team offense against Wisconsin Saturday.
Whoever that signal caller will be will have All-SEC performing running back Derrick Henry to hand it to, and some talented, yet unproven receiving threats.
One player that's looking for a breakout season is O.J. Howard, entering his junior year.
He was expected to be a factor from day one in Tuscaloosa. He's shown flashes, but hasn't found his niche in the Tide offense.
Howard believes this is his year to breakout.
"This year man, I took on this summer some blocking, and different route techniques, hopefully everything this year will be different. I don't think there's a lot of pressure, I just think this past offseason I put in the work, and I did the things that would make me better this season," he said.
"I wouldn't say a lot of pressure, I'm excited to get it started, and see what this season brings to the table."
Alabama and Wisconsin will kick off Saturday at 7PM CT.
