AT 10: Changes made for driver's license renewal; Police searching for Madison gas station burglar; 48 Investigates "homegrown terror"

. - Good Thursday evening. Here's what's coming up on WAFF 48 News at 10:

Are you tired of having to stand in line at the DMV to have your driver's license renewed? We have good news for you. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has modernized it's system to allow for self-service kiosks, renewing on-line, even on your smart phone. WAFF 48's Tiani Jones spoke with local drivers to get their reaction to this news.

Madison police are on the hunt for a burglar who broke into a Madison gas station overnight. The burglar shattered a glass door to get in, even though he made off with very little for his efforts. Vincent Crivelli spoke with the store owner and will have the surveillance video in hopes this crook can be stopped before he strikes again.

And in the aftermath of last week's deadly shooting spree in Chattanooga, we're looking into the potentially far-reaching effects of international terrorist groups. The shooter in Chattanooga was labeled as a "homegrown terrorist". But what does that mean? Are ISIS and other extremist groups able to recruit people here in our country and in our area? WAFF 48's Tiffaney Bradley has an eye-opening look at an issue we should all be concerned about.

We hope to see you at 10.
