(WAFF) -

Weather is the story of the morning as storms roll across the Valley. Meteorologist David Ernst says some of the storms could be strong with frequent lightning and gusty winds. Localized flooding may be an issue this morning because of heavy rain. Fortunately, the weather should dry up by the afternoon, with most of the area dry by late afternoon.

Theodor Lockett was assigned to a 20-year term at the Decatur Work Release Center after being convicted of robbery in 2004. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 156 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark blue pants and a white v-neck t-shirt.
