AT 10: Long-awaited storm shelters approved

Residents' demands for more storm protection are finally being heard. Tonight, funding for the first two public storm shelters was approved for Madison County. The commission approved those funds today. Coming up at 10, we'll have reaction from some folks who have been fighting for the shelters for years. We'll also tell you where the shelters will be located.

A DeKalb County constable was arrested while he was being evicted from his home. Kneeley Pack tried to prevent authorities as they tried to remove him from his home this morning and was promptly arrested. But you may be surprised to learn this is not his first brush with the law. We'll explain tonight at 10.
