MADISON, AL (WAFF) -

Where are your credit cards? Are they in your wallet or purse?

If you think that makes you safe from thieves, think again. One woman's encounter with a criminal credit "card trick" is featured in this week's Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers.

The credit card crook is caught on surveillance camera at the Walgreens in Madison in late 2014. Madison Police tell us he's making purchases with a stolen credit card.

But there's a catch.

The card trick is that the victim says they never had their card stolen. The information, the numbers on the card were stolen and police say the suspect made a new card.

This is just one the stops the credit card crook made. We have some decent shots of him and a great shot of the vehicle police say he was driving. It's a light-colored, late-model SUV.

And the pictures of the car and the crook could add up to cash for you.

If you have any idea who this guy might be, there's a nice reward waiting for you - up to $1,000. Just make the anonymous call to 256-53-CRIME.
