(WAFF) -

The Dekalb county man who investigators say confessed to killing his mother will make his first court appearance today. We told you yesterday, that a fight between the two started over his grades at UAB. Muriel Bailey will break down this case at the top of the hours.

It's the picture everyone is talking about. Bruce Jenner wants to now be called "Caitlyn," after his transition to being a woman. If you haven't seen the cover of Vanity Fair, we've got it for you during What's Trending at 5:27.

Heads up drivers in Madison County, crews are closing down West Limestone Road between Nix and Loveless Roads until further notice for bridge repairs. Take Grimwood Road to get to Hwy 431.

Next time you go to the grocery store, you'll probably notice that carton of eggs is a little more expensive. Yeah, just what we need right? I'll tell you why we're having to shell out more for an omelet at 6:23.

Alright, let's get this Tuesday started. Trent, David & I will see you in a few minutes. Make sure to check in by tweet/facebook me good morning!
