Tonight at 10: More low-income students can attend private schools, but few will qualify

There's good news and bad news concerning the Alabama Accountability Act. The good news is lawmakers increased the scholarship fund to $30 million so low-income students can attend private schools. The bad news is few students will now qualify. We'll tell you why.
