While some Expedition 43 crew members on the International Space Station now have an "extended stay" due to issues surrounding the Progress Cargo Ship mishap in April, there will be a departure from the ISS.

The SpaceX Dragon cargo vehicle, packed with returning experiments, has been grappled and is set to be released from the ISS Thursday morning at 6:04 a.m. Central time.

The Dragon launched on April 14 with some much-needed supplies.

It will return with more than 3,000 pounds of research samples and equipment.
