I'm almost tired of saying it, time is ticking on our lawmakers to solve this budget crisis. Plenty of debate happening this week in Montgomery, not much action though. I'll tell you what they did accomplish at 5:30 a.m.

Today, the prosecution picks back up the case in Eugene Jones' murder trial in Lauderdale County. He's accused of killing Lula Addison and leaving her body in a Florence Motel room back in 2013.

Heads up, Huntsville Drivers! Starting at 7:30 a.m., Huntsville Utilities' Water crews will close the right westbound turn lane of Bob Wallace Avenue onto the right northbound lane of Memorial Parkway service road. Lane closure will start at Bob Wallace Avenue at L&N Drive. It will allow water crews to install infrastructure to support the new Whole Foods development. Should be cleared up by 2:30 p.m.

See you starting at 4:30 a.m. Have a great Wednesday!!
