Deliberations continue in Limestone County capital murder case.

We're on verdict watch in Limestone County. Jury deliberations are set to resume in day two of deliberations in the Joel Moyers' case.

The jury got the case yesterday and they deliberated for about 5 hours. They have a lot to consider, 134 state exhibits, two videotaped statements, and different charges they could convict or acquit him on.

Prosecutors say Back in 2012 Joel Moyers intentionally shot at the truck Brandon Hydrick and his brother were in... killing Hydrick.

Moyers attorney says he didn't mean to shoot anyone.

He says he shot at the truck because he was scared due to recent break ins near his home.

Investigations continue today after crews find wreckage

Wreckage of the missing U.S. military helicopter and three bodies have been found in Nepal at a crash site, Nepal's defense chief says, according to the Associated Press.

The U.S. helicopter was carrying six U.S. Marines and two Nepalese. It was spotted in rugged mountain terrain, the Nepalese Army says.

The copter was delivering relief to thousands of Nepalese suffering after deadly earthquakes and aftershocks.
