The aunt of a baby boy kidnapped from her home by his mother speaks to WAFF 48. Little Giovanni Picket was taken by his mother yesterday. Giovanni is safe tonight, but his mother is still on the run. Tonight, hear why the aunt will no longer be able to adopt him.
Three Marshall County Sheriff's deputies charged with criminal mischief will be going back to work. Tonight, the personnel board failed to approve the Sheriff's request for a paid leave extension. The three are accused of destroying political signs for a candidate running for Sheriff. Some in the community are split over what should happen to the men. Stephen McLamb will tell us why.
The last suspect in the Krystal murders in Decatur was sentenced today. The judge sentenced Ezekiel Gholston for his part in the murders of two employees during the commission of a robbery. Find out his sentence and if he has the possibility of parole tonight at 10.
