HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Saturday, dozens of avid golfers hit the links of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail for a good cause.

The 27th-Annual Huntsville Classic Golf Tournament raises money for Huntsville Hospital.

In addition to raising funds for the hospital system, golfers have the chance to win prizes - including a brand-new car, which the winner will get to use for one year.

All the money raised by the tournament will be used to buy new equipment to improve communications among caregivers, decreasing medication errors and enhancing patient care and safety.

270 golfers participated in Saturday's tournament.
