DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - The City of Decatur is dropping charges against former Alabama football player Rolando McClain.
Charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct are being dropped against the now Dallas Cowboys linebacker.
McClain was arrested in April of 2013 after a disturbance call at Pines Park in Decatur.
Officers responded to the call claiming there had been a fight and found more than 700 people in the park and streets.
McClain walked past and officer and yelled, "[Expletive] the police!" to the crowd.
After a struggle with officers, McClain was taken into custody and released on $1,000 bond.
