FBI now involved in spice battle in Alabama. Don't forget your umbrella on your way out the door!

SCAM ALERT: If you send money, you could avoid jail!

You've heard us talk about this scam over and over the past six months. Someone calls, saying you have a warrant and you need to pay a fee to avoid arrest.

Law enforcement keeps bringing the scam up because it keeps popping up, which means people are still falling for it. 

The caller may warn the victim that there is a warrant out for their arrest and that the victim must send money on a Green Dot Card, Money Pak or by wiring money through the Western Union or Money Gram to avoid being arrested.

FBI now involved in spice battle in Alabama.

The affects of synthetic marijuana or spice are getting so bad in Alabama, the FBI is now getting involved

Within the past month, heath officials say it's claimed two lives and hospitalized hundreds.

Hospitals throughout the state have reported more than 400 people between March 15th and April 20th experiencing symptoms linked to the use of 'spice.'

Two people shot, at least two arrested during demonstrations in Ferguson

Active demonstrations played out in Ferguson overnight, leading to two people being shot in two separate shootings and at least two people arrested.

Witnesses said some protesters threw rocks at officers and briefly blocked the street. Cars were seen doing donuts on West Florissant.

Police also made at least two arrests overnight in relation to the activity occurring in the area.

The demonstration in Ferguson came on heels of protests and unrest in Baltimore, where people have been protesting police brutality and the death of Freddie Gray.
