AT 10: Opinion paves way for school consent order to proceed

We're following breaking news tonight - The judge in the Huntsville City Schools Desegregation case issues an opinion . The opinion concerns the comprise between the school system and The Department Of Justice. We'll break down the opinion and what it now means for the case and the school system moving forward.

The Department of Justice is getting involved in a case involving a Huntsville police officer. Officer Brett Russell was fired from the Huntsville police department after he beat a man in police custody. But, The Huntsville City Council gave him his job back.
