There was also a single-vehicle wreck on Pratt Avenue at the base of Monte Sano.

There has been a power outage reported in DeKalb County. Widespread outages are affecting parts of Henagar, Rainsville, and Grove Oak. Crews are working on repairs.

Athens Utilities crews began work to make repairs and restore power to approximately 1,600 customers early Monday morning. Less than 450 customers remain without power as of 6:30 a.m.
