A-Day games Preview

Plenty of plenty of college football fans will be happy  as both Alabama and Auburn Kickoff their A-day games Saturday. Let's start with Alabama, Jacob Cocker comes in as the returning backup and is the most experienced candidate.

But it will be interesting to see if redshirt freshman David Cornwell will get a chance to move up in the depth chart after battling back from a string of injuries.
What's not in question is the Tide's defense which looks to reload for another steller year under coordinator Kirby Smart.
You can get your first glimpse of the 20-15 Crimson Tide starting at two o'clock tomorrow afternoon.

Meanwhile at Auburn, The competition isn't so great... but the expectations have never been higher. Montgomery native Jeremy Johnson steps in at Q-B for Nick Marshall.

The return of wide receiver phenom Duke Williams also means Johnson will have a target to throw to. The real question mark for the Tigers... can Will Muschamp turn around one of the conferences worse defenses before the start of the season? Kickoff on the plans is set for one o'clock.
