Holtzclaw's Billboard Is Back In The Spotlight Today

We're going to get more insight into that billboard and the fallout later today. State Senator Bill Holtzclaw will hold a news conference to explain why he was proactive in criticizing Governor Bentley's new tax plan to replenish the general fund budget. The governor fired back at his news conference on Friday. I'll met Muriel Bailey pick up the story from here. She's live at 5:00 and 6:00 a.m.

We have two accident that we're following up on this morning. One was a deadly accident last night on Highway 53 in Huntsville. The other was a head-on crash on Oster Drive that injured two people.

We'll also take you to a fire on Mountain Gap Road that just wouldn't give up. It started yesterday afternoon and rekindled again last night. Look for that at 5:30 and 6:30.

It's much warmer this morning and still a little rainy, but you probably heard the rumors that I did about some wintry weather coming mid-week. We'll grill Meteorologist David Ernst for more on that in Weather On The Tens.

And "The Voice" is back tonight with more blind auditions. I love those. They're so much fun. But do you get the feeling the coaches have fun no matter what they're doing? They do. We'll show you at 5:48.

But don't wait until then to join us. WAFF 48 News Today is on right now!
