4-vehicle wreck diverts Research Park Blvd. traffic

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Southbound lanes of Research Park Boulevard near Old Madison Pike were diverted to Bradford Road Monday afternoon.

Four vehicles were involved in a wreck just before 5:30 p.m.

Huntsville Fire & Rescue officials said a tractor-trailer was involved in the wreck, which itself was carrying several vehicles.

HEMSI officials said no one was taken to the hospital as a result of the wreck.

Officials are still working to clear the scene at this time. One southbound lane was reopened by 5:40 p.m.
