Downtown Albertville re-opened following structure fire

ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A structure fire in Albertville has been extinguished and all downtown streets have been re-opened. 

According to the Albertville Police Department there was a structure fire at B & C Music in Albertville, across the from the police department, that was heavily involved near North Broad and East Main Street. Downtown was

shutdown by the Albertville Police Department and Albertville Fire Department for most of Friday afternoon. 

The Albertville Police Department say there are still some fire units on the scene at this time for investigation and clean up.

    The Huntsville Police Department is investigation two shootings that occurred Sunday night.  The first call came in around 11:30 p.m. Residents at the Twickenham Village apartment community reported hearing 4-5 gunshots in the area.
