TUSCALOOSA, AL (WAFF) - College football season is over and now the question is: Who's staying and who's going?
A trio of excellent players is heading out of town... and into the NFL.
Amari Cooper, T.J. Yeldon and Landon Collins will leave school a year early.
The biggest name in the trio is wide receiver Amari Cooper; after his record setting season, Cooper is expected to be a Top 10 pick in this year's NFL Draft.
Cooper caught an SEC record 124 passes for 1,727 yards - easily breaking the Alabama Record..
As for Yeldon, the dynamic running back hampered by late season injures finished his junior season just under the thousand-yard mark..Some say Yeldon could be the 6th running back taken in this years draft, as this year's event is heavy on running backs.
To really make it official Friday, we are expected to hear from Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban as well as the 'Chosen Three,' Cooper, Yeldon and Collins, about their choice to leave a year early and head to the NFL.
