HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

We've successfully cloned sheep. Cloning of humans is still a controversial issue, but for criminals, the practice of cloning credit is a highly desirable way to get access to your dollars.

According to Huntsville police, during a shopping trip to Huntsville, the victim had his credit card information stolen and they say apparently cloned, or copied.

And the thief used that cloned card at the Best Buy on University Drive, as well as a Walmart on Sept. 20.

The victim had come to Huntsville for a birthday party, and when he got home, he noticed fraudulent charges popping up on his account.

Police say that would be thanks to this credit clone crook.

The shots of this thief in action aren't especially clear. But the shot of him leaving the store is pretty darn clear.

That's bad news for him, good news for you if you recognize him. In fact, this picture could be worth up to $1,000.

You can cash in on the reward money. All you have to do is make the anonymous call to 256-53-Crime.
