Police Officers On Alert After NYPD Killings

This morning, police officers throughout the valley and across the country are on alert after two New York City police officers were killed over the weekend.

Our Sarah Navoy talked with the president of the Fraternal Order of Police. You'll hear his take on the effects the NYPD officers' murders may have on them.

I was just talking with my mother over the weekend about charter schools in her state, Delaware. We don't have them in Alabama, but some lawmakers are looking to change that. Our Muriel Bailey joins us with what they're proposing at 5:06 a.m.
