       It's going to be a rough day for many Madison city employees. Madison's aquatics director, Kyle Parker, died in an accident Tuesday night but no one found him until 6:00 last night. http://bit.ly/1yTSdpA Our Muriel Bailey has more on the accident and why he was so important to the city.
