LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The McDonald's in Ardmore, Alabama scored an 82 with the Limestone County Health Department.  The inspector reported cheese on the prep line was 70 degrees. That's 29 degrees above the temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold holding food. Cheese in a cooler was 13 degrees too warm. The inspector also took off points because hamburger patties were not cooked up to the required temperature.

The Waffle House in Tuscumbia scored an 84 with the Colbert County Health Department. They lost points because a cooler was running too warm to keep cold food cold enough. The inspector also reported finding employee drinks in food areas.

The Elkmont Truck Stop scored a 67. The lost points because of the meat slicer needed to be cleaned. The inspector reported there was moldy pizza cheese, and they found an open drink in the meat cooler.

There were no violations reported at the Subway inside of the Walmart on Cloverdale Road in Florence during their inspection, as the restaurant scored a perfect 100.
