Some Important Reminders This Halloween Morning

Some Important Reminders This Halloween Morning

We have some important reminders for you this Halloween Friday morning. Several school districts are dismissing early today for a teachers' in service day. We'll run down the early dismissals several times for you. Look for that at 5:00 and 6:00 a.m.

I'm psyched to go trick or treating tonight. OK, so I'll be accompanying my little Captain America, Incredible Hulk and Spiderman. But there are some things we should all keep in mind. Muriel Bailey runs through the list to keep us all safe, starting at 5:09.

Did you hear Pennsylvania state troopers caught the suspected cop killer they'd been tracking for seven weeks?

They even added a little poetic justice. We'll take you there. Mary Moloney's up first at 4:36. And then Lauren Morrison joins with the latest from the Alert Center at 5:00.

And it's not too cold this morning, but Meteorologist David Ernst says there's a freeze warning already for some of us tomorrow morning. I guess that means my little 3-year-old soccer stars are going to be a little cold for their game tomorrow morning! Check out David's Weather On The Tens to find out what you can expect tomorrow and, of course, for trick or treating tonight.

WAFF 48 News Today is on right now. Just click on your remote, and let's go. And please have a safe and Happy Halloween!
