HSV City Schools "brushing-up" on cleanliness for student safety

Good morning!

Here's what we're working on in the WAFF newsroom:

Huntsville City Schools have added some new preventative measures to keep students and faculty healthy.  This is in response to the Ebola and Enterovirus scare and Flu season.

This morning WAFF's Muriel Bailey takes a look at what they're doing to keep your kids safe.

Also, we have an update to a story we brought you as breaking news yesterday.

Investigators believe a space heater may have caused a mobile home fire on Shady Grove Road in Toney.  They say the homeowner was asleep when it caught fire, but made it out safely.

And finally, don't forget your jacket as you head out today.  Temperatures have dropped significantly.  Meteorologist David Ernst will have your work and school day forecast every ten minutes this morning.

Have a wonderful day!
