Parents left with unresolved questions about 'rape-bait' case

Parents in the Madison County School District left a meeting frustrated and angry after their questions went unanswered. Madison County school board members and an attorney spoke to a small crowd of people about the lawsuit currently being appealed. That lawsuit concerns a young girl who was raped in a school bathroom after being told by an employee to catch the attacker in the act. Tonight, hear why the parents left the meeting more upset than when they came in.

A suspect wanted in connection with a car chase was taken into custody tonight. Colbert County deputies and Cherokee police had been looking for the man wanted in two neighboring states. We'll tell you how they got their man tonight at 10.
