Questions remain about man who admitted to killing children

Good morning!

Here's what we're working on in the WAFF newsroom:

Investigators in South Carolina are conducting autopsies today on five children found murdered in Wilcox County, Alabama.  The remains of Merah, Elias, Nathan, Gabriel and Elaine Marie Jones were found late Tuesday afternoon.

Their father, Timothy Ray Jones Jr. Is still being held in Mississippi and will likely be heading back to South Carolina today.

Meanwhile, we're learning more about Jones' history with the children.  According to the South Carolina Department of Social Services, there were 3 reports on file involving this family.  This morning beginning at 5am we have the details of those reports.

Also,  the struggle for answers on Isis comes on the 13th anniversary of the day that brought terrorism to America.

Communities all around the Country are holding special ceremonies to remember September 11th.  In New York, the somber ritual of political and religious leaders, and victim's family and friends reading all 2,743 names killed in the World Trade Center attack, will begin shortly after 7:30 this morning.

Similar tributes are planned at the Pentagon and Shankesville, Pennsylvania.

These are just a couple of the stories we'll have this morning.

Stop in and join us before heading out for the day.
