MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A Huntsville store owner has been indicted on drug trafficking charges.

A Madison County grand jury also still looking at a possible drug distribution charge against Salahdeen Tylinski this week.

Tylinski and one of his clerks were arrested in 2012 when Huntsville Police Department drug agents say they found synthetic marijuana for sale in the Lincoln Mini Mart on Washington Street.

Shortly after his arrest, Tylinski told us that they stopped selling the items when they were outlawed, and the items he was selling were legal at the time.
