Man faces rape charges in Hardin Co. after alleged sexual relationship with 13-year-old

HARDIN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - A 50-year-old man who allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old girl was arrested Tuesday on rape and sodomy charges.

Kentucky State Police said Eugene Hunt and the victim lived in the same Hardin County home in 2014, but are not related. Hunt's current address is in Wendell, North Carolina.

Hunt is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Hardin County Detention Center. He faces two counts of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree sodomy and two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. KSP said he could face more charges.
