SOMERSET COUNTY, ME (WBTV ) -

A Maine teenager's mug shot is going viral online after he decided to make a statement with what he wore.

Robert Edward Burt, 19, was booked in the Somerset County Jail earlier this month, to perform a sentence from an arrest earlier this year.

When he showed up at the prison, he was photographed wearing a T-shirt with his previous mug shot on the front.

According to court records, Burt was there to serve a sentence for driving under the influence.

According to the Portland Press Herald, Burt was pulled over on June 14, booked into the Somerset County Jail and then released on bail.

He was sentenced to a 48-hour prison sentence, the Herald reports and showed up wearing an orange shirt with his June mug shot.

Burt may have had relatives also doing time behind bars, the Herald speculated, because under his mug shot was the phrase "Family Reunion, 8/8 – 8/10/2014."

    Saturday, March 25 2017 5:50 PM EDT2017-03-25 21:50:37 GMT

Showers and storms will be ongoing across the Valley this evening. The most widespread rain will be over northeastern AL, but additional scattered storms will track into the Shoals from the west. That round of stormy weather will head east with time and should be out of the Valley after midnight. The threat for severe storms is low, but a few strong storms are possible.
