HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Emergency crews were called to Lee High School Monday evening after a fire broke out in the cafeteria.
It happened around 6 p.m. Fire crews were seen pulling out a charred ice cream freezer unit from the building.
Crews said the cafeteria suffered minor smoke and water damage.
No injuries were reported. Inspectors are working to determine the cause of the fire.
School officials said they did not expect any disruption to classes or food service on Tuesday.
