HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A Madison County judge denied a request for a temporary restraining order from a Huntsville teacher suspended for a violation of testing procedures.
That action means Eleanor Burks' suspension will go into effect on Monday.
Burks is a 4th grade teacher at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School in Huntsville.
She was suspended following a hearing on July 24 over accusations of helping a student change answers on a test. She was back in her classroom at the beginning of the school year, despite her legal battles.
